Most deep facial cleansers I tried that leave that squeaky clean [literally] feeling will make my face look like a pepperoni pizza after extended use. This cleanser doesnt do that. And, although my face is seemingly stripped of every bit of oil after use, it doesnt dry out my face.

Anyway, highly recommend it its good stuff!

This soap can be a little harsh, but cuts the grease and daily grime well

This is the best soap I’ve ever used. It gets you quickly, thoroughly clean without drying out your skin. Terrific.

When I bought this, I was thinking… “Well, it’s a black bar of soap. I wonder if it will turn my skin black?” It doesn’t, but, it does in fact continue to be black even when not on the bar. You’ll find that as you run it across your skin, it will leave dark soap trails where it’s been. You’ll also find that it will leave black marks on everything it touches, especially where you rest the bar of soap when it’s not in use. It removes easily (a little water and rubbing), no staining. But, it’s still distressing if you are very particular about things.
