The key to beautiful skin
The key to beautiful skin is moisture. All of the cleansing, scrubbing, exfoliating
and loafing will do you no justice without moisturizing. Moisture adds elasticity
to the skin thus eliminating wrinkles from stretching and over working certain areas.
People of all ages complain about crows feet and laugh lines, that’s because there
is no elasticity placed back into the skin that has been taken out throughout the day.
Sun exposure, tanning booths, hard water, lack of nutrition and lack of sleep are also
contributing factors to poorly maintained skin.As we age our skin holds the signs of
mistreatment and malnourished skin. It shows up on our faces when we negate to take care and concern for what we all want to maintain the most, our skin.If you use a cleanser for acne prone skin: remember that these cleansers have drying components to dry up acne therefore a moisturizer is well recommended. Oily skin cleansers contribute to drying out the skin as well. Remember that you would do well to put back into your skin what you’ve taken out with cleansers. Moisture replenishes elasticity thus reducing wrinkles, restoring your youthful appearance and vibrancy of the skin. Vitamins also play a strong and important role in maintaining healthy skin. Vitamin E oil or supplements, Vitamin D,and Biotin supplements also add oxygen to your body providing oxygen to your blood stream thus adding more elasticity to your skin. Always remember that 6 to 8 hours rest is recommended nightly for proper rest. Lack of sleep has as much to do with how we look as much as our daily skin care regimen.
